Courier
Our self assembly arks can be delivered by courier if you need your ark urgently. The 2in1 and standard 6X4 Kune kune arks however can also be delivered fully assembled if required, (please note: these will come under the assembled prices). We aim to deliver within 2-3 days. Arks being delivered by courier will come from our agent in Derbyshire Tom Beckingham, please phone him direct on 07944616590 for a delivery price.
Agent Delivery
Larger assembled arks and sometimes self-assembled arks are delivered by an agent. To keep the cost of delivery down for our customers, we deliver flat-packed and build the arks in situ. This means that not only can we build them in places that might be difficult to get to, but more importantly by being able to deliver up to 12 arks on any one trip* our costs are kept to a minimum, savings we are glad to pass onto the customer.

Arks to go to the Scottish Isles and other islands can either be dropped off at a depot or a port. The price of delivery does not include the cost of getting it across the water.
For emergency orders within a specified timescale, delivery may be more.
For Europe and beyond, the most economical option possible will be offered at the time of ordering
Delivery time for arks in the uk is usually 1 to 2 weeks. However in busy periods this can be longer and we will advise at the time of ordering. We try and keep to an agreed date but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes mean we are unable to make the day. If this happens we will ring you as soon as possible and let you know.
Payment can be made by cheque, Visa, MasterCard and debit cards. Remember 10% discount on arks for previous customers!

**We go to great lengths to inspect and check that the materials used in the making of the ark are of excellent quality. We feel very strongly that our customers should be 100% happy with the product and the service. We would not sell an ark which we would not buy ourselves. However wood is a living product and sometimes no matter how hard we try, you can’t always pick up on defects. If the wood has a defect, then chances are it will come to light in the first few months, once it gets out in the elements. To this end we are happy to offer assurances that if the ark starts to rot within the first year, then we will be happy to either replace or repair the ark when we are next in your area.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As all our arks are made to order and to the customers own specification, all verbal or written orders are considered a legal and binding contract unless cancelled within 7 days of the placed order. Orders that are placed for an urgent delivery cannot be cancelled.
