Directions
Come of Jct 14 on the M74.
Follow signs for Elvanfoot and Thornhill.
Pass through the village of Elvanfoot and carry on into open countryside.
Go for about approx 2 miles or so until you come to a white substation on your left hand side. There is a mast there.
You will also see signs for Daer waterworks, Allershaw Lodge and our B&B sign.
Turn left there.
Go over two bridges with the sides pushed down and through a farmyard.
You will see a large grey house which is Allershaw Lodge on your left.
Go past the Lodge and just where its garden ends you will see a sign for us
(just before the cattle grid).
Turn left up the steep drive.
